Making a purchase.

Creating an account.
An account is not needed for you to place an order. But by registering with us, you will gain the following advantages:

Delivery Times
Orders for ready-to-wear items within the USA should arrive within 7-10 business days. Made-to-order formal and bridal wear may require 8-12 weeks for delivery, depending on the level of customization. Bridal wear made to order may take 12-16 weeks, also based on customization. For ready-to-wear international orders, delivery may take 4-6 weeks, subject to logistics partners. Should your order not arrive within the specified timeframe, please reach out to our customer service team.

 

Duties and Tax

Duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer in their respective location.

Changes & Cancellations

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our small business, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This policy helps us pack orders efficiently and minimize errors. We advise customers to review their orders carefully before placing them. However, we are fully committed to providing this facility in the future and hope to do so with your continued support.

Immediately after placing your order, you will be provided with a unique order number. This number will assist you in tracking your order(s). You can use this number at any time to inquire about your order with our customer service and to check the current status of your order.
